Eventus Legal are seeking an Employment Solicitor for a permanent, full-time job with a well-established law firm, based in the Wigan or Salford area offices. This Employment Solicitor job offers a financial bonus scheme, a performance-based additional holiday bonus scheme and 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays. About the Job
- Running your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both employer and employee clients
- Attending Employment Tribunals and courts as required
- Collaborating with the wider team on more complex matters
- Contributing to the department's business development activity
- Adhering to the firm's AML processes
Easily accessible from the M61 and A580 corridor and commutable from Wigan, Bolton, Salford, Manchester, Bury, Leigh and Worsley.
About You
- This Employment Solicitor position would suit a qualified solicitor with 0 to 3 years' PQE in employment law.
- You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- A collaborative approach to working as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- A competent level of MS Office and Excel
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to make timely, well considered decisions
