This is a full-time, permanent Conveyancing Solicitor job offering hybrid working, a competitive salary, enhanced holiday allowance, health scheme benefits and free parking. Role Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion independently
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to client needs
- Maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication throughout transactions
