Job Description
Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time permanent Graduate IFA Administrator to join a highly reputable financial planning business based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional to develop a long-term career, with real scope for progression into Paraplanning / Financial Adviser. This role would suit an experienced financial planning administrator or a graduate with a desire to work towards their Diploma Level 4 qualification. The role is office-based, with the potential for hybrid working (including remote working) in the future. You will benefit from a salary of Β£26,000 β Β£28,000 (depending on experience), 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), excellent company pension, life assurance, and full support for financial services qualifications. Working hours are 9am β 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities
This is a hands-on and varied Graduate IFA Administrator job, providing essential support to the Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth running of the business:
- Managing day-to-day operations and internal processes
- Liaising with providers, compliance, and the wider support network
- Creating and maintaining systems and processes to manage the business efficiently
- Managing client communications including pre-qualification, meeting arrangements, and onboarding
- Preparing and processing documents for meetings, including fee agreements, LOAs, and post-meeting notes
- Uploading and managing client files on back-office systems
- Preparing cases for handover to paraplanners and ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and complete
- Monitoring and tracking annual review schedules and preparing review packs

This Graduate IFA Administrator job would suit a proactive, confident, and organised individual who wants to develop and grow within the financial planning sector. The successful applicant will possess:
- Either previous experience in financial planning administration OR degree and desire to work towards their Diploma Level 4
