Eventus Recruitment are seeking a full-time permanent Financial Services Administrator to join a highly reputable financial services business based in Manchester City Centre. With an supportive female leadership team, this is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional to develop a long-term career, with real scope for progression into Operations Management, Paraplanning or Financial Advising. The role is office-based initially, with the potential for hybrid working (including remote working) in early 2026. You will benefit from a salary of £26,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience), 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), excellent company pension (7%), life assurance, and full support for financial services qualifications. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities
This is a hands-on and varied Financial Services Administrator job, providing essential support to the Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth running of the business :
- Managing day-to-day operations and internal processes
- Liaising with providers, compliance, and the wider support network
- Creating and maintaining systems and processes to manage the business efficiently
- Managing client communications including pre-qualification, meeting arrangements, and onboarding
Preparing and processing documents for meetings.
