Role Responsibilities
The Residential Conveyancer in Farnham, Surrey will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and file closure.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post completion
- Reviewing titles, searches and supporting documentation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and transfer documents
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Reporting clearly to clients throughout the transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other relevant third parties
- Ensuring all matters comply with regulatory, lender and internal requirements
- Managing deadlines and progressing transactions efficiently
