The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Chester, Cheshire. Role Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and third parties via telephone and email and occasionally in person
- Conducting AML and compliance procedures
- Ensuring all mortgage offers and searches are received and reviewed promptly
- Updating CMS and portals
- Drafting correspondence and contracts
- Preparing completion packs
- Carrying out general administration duties including photocopying, scanning and post-handling
Person Specifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant in a residential conveyancing department. To be considered for this job role you will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
