Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer for a full time, permanent job based in Chester, Cheshire. This Residential Property Solicitor job has arisen due to continued growth and increasing demand for residential conveyancing services. It offers the opportunity to join an established and highly regarded Property team while playing a key part in the continued growth of the firm's Chester office. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will benefit from hybrid working, salary in the region of £50,000 – £65,000 dependant on experience, bonus potential, private medical insurance, life assurance, critical illness cover and a comprehensive wellbeing package. Job Responsibilities

As the Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the continued success of the Chester office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership matters and Right to Buy transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction
  • Providing practical, commercially focused advice while delivering exceptional client care
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Property team
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the Chester office

Person Specification

Applications are welcomed from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with around 5 years' PQE or above who are looking for a career-enhancing Residential Property Solicitor job in Chester.
