Eventus Legal are seeking a Family Solicitor for a full-time, permanent job based in Chester, Cheshire. Job Responsibilities
- Managing a broad caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters and cohabitation disputes
- Delivering high standards of client care with empathy, professionalism and commercial awareness
- Supporting the development and growth of the family offering in Chester
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each matter
- Handling files efficiently and in line with regulatory and internal compliance procedures
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider family team and other offices when required

- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience in private family law, ideally from 1 to 5 years’ PQE, although candidates with greater experience who can support the growth of the Chester offering are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedy, children matters and cohabitation disputes
- The ability to manage your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
