Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in St Asaph, Denbihgshire, North Wales.

This is a full-time, permanent job position offering flexible hybrid working, 25 days' annual leave, an additional day off for your birthday, paid time off between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed, a Simply Health healthcare cash scheme and an early finish on Fridays.

Job Responsibilities

Working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage a varied residential property caseload while delivering a responsive and client-focused service.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and other general residential property transactions within your experience.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, referrers and other professional contacts.
  • Taking ownership of your workload and progressing matters efficiently within a busy conveyancing environment.
  • Supporting business development and relationship-building activity as part of the wider residential property team.
