The incoming Residential Conveyancer will join a thriving and collaborative conveyancing department. Conveyancing is a major part of the firm’s business, and you’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team.

The day-to-day job duties within this Conveyancing job include:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
  • Handling freehold, leasehold, remortgage, lease extension and new build matters
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals
  • Providing excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the team

The successful Residential Conveyancer will be experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and unqualified fee earners with substantial experience. You will also have the following attributes:
