Role Responsibilities
As a Conveyancing Assistant in Haslemere, Surrey, you will support fee earners throughout residential property transactions and help matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and issue residential conveyancing quotations.
- Assist with client onboarding and compliance procedures, including opening and maintaining conveyancing files.
- Prepare sale and purchase files for exchange of contracts.
- Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
- Support fee earners with day to day administration and case management.
- Deal with post-exchange and post-completion matters.
