This is a full-time, permanent job position offering a salary of up to £29,000, flexible hybrid working, 25 days' annual leave, an additional paid day off for your birthday, paid closure between Christmas and New Year, Simply healthcare with dental and optical cover and early finish on Fridays.
You will join a close-knit property team, supporting solicitors across a varied commercial property workload with some residential conveyancing crossover and the opportunity to continue developing your legal experience.
Role Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will work closely with solicitors in a collaborative property team, providing day-to-day support across commercial property matters and some residential conveyancing work.
Key responsibilities will include
- Supporting solicitors with the progression of commercial property matters and related property transactions.
- Assisting with work connected to real estate finance and bridging finance matters as part of the team's wider commercial property caseload.
- Providing support on residential conveyancing matters where these form part of the supervising solicitor's mixed workload.
- Keeping up to date with the progress of matters and working closely with the wider team to ensure information is shared effectively.
- Completing a mixture of substantive legal support and administrative tasks appropriate to a Legal Assistant position.
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team and providing reliable support to fee earners across a busy property workload.
