Eventus Legal are seeking a Plot Sales Paralegal to join a well-established, award-winning law firm based in Hale, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, alongside an employee bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary, a healthcare package with 24/7 GP access and contributions towards dental treatment, glasses and physiotherapy, company pension, death in service cover, Pure Gym membership and a paid day off for your birthday.

Role Responsibilities

Joining the Residential Property team, the Plot Sales Paralegal will support the efficient progression of plot sales and wider residential property matters. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and organising legal documents relating to residential property transactions
  • Managing case files and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and kept up to date
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and external parties to progress matters and obtain required information
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and schedules using Microsoft Office
  • Supporting the team with case preparation, document management and day-to-day workflow
  • Maintaining confidentiality and high standards of client care throughout each matter

Person Specification

This opportunity will suit a detail-focused paralegal with residential property experience and a particular interest in plot sales work. Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience of plot sales work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
