Title of role: Venue Operations Manager
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Direct reports: On‑site cleaning and waste teams
Salary on offer: £31,140 per annum
Location / Office address: London‑based with travel to festivals and event sites
WFH / Office / Remote: On‑site
Working hours: 5 days out of 7. Varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends (8–12 hour shifts)
PT / FT: Full‑time
Start date: As soon as available
An events company is seeking a proactive, hands‑on Event Operations Supervisor to lead cleaning and waste teams across a wide range of live events, from corporate functions to large‑scale festivals. This physically active role involves organising staff, motivating teams, liaising with clients, maintaining high operational standards and working directly alongside your team on busy event sites. Candidates should have at least one year’s experience in cleaning, facilities or waste operations, strong communication skills, flexibility with working hours and a willingness to travel and stay on event sites.
