ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opening for one Production internship. The role would sit within the production team for a three month period. There may also be some R&Rs as an executive assistant during the placement. The successful candidate must be able to manage their own time, work with their own initiative and be proactive. The role will be required to assist in the day to day running of the company and event coordination, with a vast and varied list of responsibilities. Main responsibility will be to provide support and assist the in-house Head of Production and Producers.
- To professionally support production(s) from pitching and development through to delivery on budget.
- Assist the in-house Head of Production & Producers, as well as freelance Production teams on both pitches and live projects.
- Work in partnership with the Creative team to deliver outstanding, distinctive, multi-platform content by providing assistance in ways to realise creative ambitions within operational and financial parameters.
- Day to day roles may include, but are not exclusive to; venue, talent & supplier research, raising POs, petty cash reconciliation, purchasing for live projects, database management, creating running orders, timelines and management of/assisting with onsite documentation.
- Onsite production support may include; crew logistics and accreditation, production office management, liaising with suppliers, petty cash / expenses management, artist/talent liaison, creative team support, and more!
- Understanding and protecting our process.
- Assist the team with background research ahead of new business meetings and creative presentations to specific requirements.
- Attend internal and client calls, taking minutes and circulating these post meetings.
- Keep up to date on advancements in the tech industry and report any findings back to the team.
- Day to day general admin support, where required.
- Manage and input into the supplier database to ensure this is up to date, building your own industry network.
- Contribute to and maintain a creative and collaborative culture.
WE NEED SOMEONE WHO IS/HAS:
- The ability to work on strict deadlines is essential.
- The successful candidate must be able to manage their own time, work with their own initiative and be proactive.
- The role will involve getting stuck in and helping out with whatever is needed, and so a good attitude and work ethic is really important.
- Organisational and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
