A growing creative agency is looking for a Junior Event Producer to support the delivery of live events, activations and shoots. This hands-on role suits someone organised, proactive and keen to learn quickly, working across planning, logistics, supplier coordination and onsite delivery. You’ll also help manage their storage unit in King’s Cross, preparing materials and overseeing deliveries. It’s an opportunity to gain broad production experience, work closely with senior producers and contribute to high-quality creative projects while developing your skills in a fast-moving agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Project support — Assist producers across planning, scheduling, logistics and onsite delivery.
- Supplier coordination — Liaise with freelancers, creators, suppliers and talent.
- Production admin — Maintain trackers, call sheets, budgets, purchase orders and reconciliations.
- Storage management — Organise stock, receive deliveries and prepare materials for events.
- Onsite support — Help with installs, live events, de-rigs and guest/talent coordination.
- Creative research — Source venues, suppliers and references for pitches and projects.
- Agency support — Keep folders organised and contribute to improving ways of working.
