The Executive Assistant provides high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director of Corporate Services, including ad-hoc and personal assistance. The role involves interaction with all levels within the department, the Vice-President, and externally with clients and institutions. The Assistant supports the London HQ, manages schedules, plans events, and handles travel arrangements. The role requires proactivity, integrity, and awareness of the Bank's multicultural environment.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, monitor emails, draft correspondence, and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel and manage expenses according to policy.
  • Maintain filing systems and liaise with committee secretariats.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Support departmental tasks such as budgeting, HR, and IT coordination.
  • Organize events and prepare briefing materials for senior meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, Education & Qualifications
