POSITION SUMMARY:An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estée Lauder Companies Supply Chain function for a Commercial Region Senior Supply Planner. The Senior Supply Planner will manage and develop a team that is responsible for inventory management across a Brand/cluster of Brands for the UK Region. The position will drive inventory optimization whilst maintaining service delivery and enhancing decisions by improving supply chain analytics and reporting. This will involve utilising systems and driving process enhancements, including SAP, o9, Noodle AI and Power BI to provide a service quality that supports the brands consumer promise. The role will require building compelling narratives to explain and improve business performance, whilst developing & maintaining collaborative relationships, that support and deliver a best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:Effectively collaborates with Demand Planning, EMEA CRSM, Brands and Finance generate balanced supply plans based on agreed objectives and operating guidelines via the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.Responsible for the management and development of a team that delivers and executes against strategic goals and objectives.Drives talent development, succession planning and recruitment.Responsible for managing and continuously improving the plan and delivery of finished goods supply from EMEA West Hub to the UK DC – DHL Coventry.Responsible for achieving Customer Service / Fill Rates targetsResponsible for defining tactics and action plans to achieve the regional inventory and service level KPI’s. Conducts monthly inventory reviews with the commercial teams to optimize inventory and prevent excess. Additionally, responsible for publishing regional reports and initiatives to manage excess and surplus inventory levels.Collaboratively develop strategic regional allocations, supply commits and plan for the operational horizonCoordinate the Monthly launch and event planning and execution process, pro-actively managing and communicating risks.Manage the planning and execution of the Holiday programme.Support process integration with the Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain and Distribution & Logistics functions.Drive core elements of the IBP process evolution through Brand partnership and collaboration.Assertively escalate and clearly communicate issues, as well as developing, driving, and implementing resolution.Manage and execute wider supply chain projects.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE:Educated to degree level or equivalentStrong quantitative and analytical skills including Power BIAttention to detail & high levels of accuracyExperience of managing a teamAdvanced user skills of Excel and SAP BIAdvanced systems competency, particularly SAP SCM/ECC & APOAbility to interpret data and translate into insights and actionsConfidence liaising with senior management and key stakeholders and making recommendations.Proven project management skillsSelf-directed, proactive and operates under general or minimum supervisionCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hybrid Working (1 days WFH, 4 days office based)Generous Bonus Opportunity that usually performs ahead of target25 Days Annual Leave (exc.
