Description
As a Producer within the Creative Operations team at ELC Studios, our in-house creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in bringing world-class campaigns to life. You\’ll oversee projects from initial brief to final delivery, balancing creative excellence, operational precision, and commercial awareness.
Collaborating closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Photographers and Videographers, you will guide multi-channel content production that\’s delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. With a focus on innovation, you\’ll drive forward innovative creative solutions, using AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative production workflows.
- Support the Senior Operations & Production Manager in delivering seamless workflows across the Creative Operations team, overseeing production processes, workflow optimisation, budget management, and on-set production.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Full Service and Post Production briefs for all brands across channels including in-store, retail.com, social, TVC, print, OOH & DOOH, managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Manage full-scale production logistics, including art buying, model casting, location and studio management, scheduling, forecasting, supplier negotiations, and all related legal and compliance requirements.
- Oversee on-set production and shoots of varying scale, ensuring call sheets, transport, catering, equipment, and logistics are executed efficiently and in line with brand and creative expectations.
- Collaborate with the Resource Planning Producer to optimise resource scheduling, including coordination with freelancers, vendors, and external agencies.
- Own post production phases including asset tracking, version control, delivery timelines, and approvals to ensure consistency and quality across all output.
- Champion best practices across the Creative Ops team, and helping to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, providing mentorship to junior members to share best practices.
- Integrate AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies into production workflows to enhance efficiency, elevate creative output, and streamline repetitive or manual tasks.
- Leverage data, analytics, and creative KPIs to assess project performance, inform strategic planning, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and creative impact.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, model releases, licensing agreements, and usage rights in partnership with Legal and brand teams.
- Manage and reconcile production budgets, tracking ROI, forecasting spend, and achieving financial targets across multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and readiness for internal and brand reviews.
- Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring that every production meets creative excellence standards and adheres to brand guidelines across all markets and channels.
- Communicate risks, issues, and project changes effectively, providing proactive solutions and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with brand and studio teams, building trust and identifying opportunities to respond to reactive trends and drive creative agility.
- Apply strategic and creative problem-solving to overcome production challenges, balancing innovation, efficiency, and commercial priorities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading large scale shoots and managing creative production across global, multi-channel campaigns
- Educated to Degree level or have relevant experience in their appropriate discipline and
- management experience
- Experience of working in a Creative Agency environment a bonus
- Hands-on Design & technical background a bonus
- Working knowledge of web technologies
- Proficient in Project management tools, advantageous Wrike and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and file formation structure a bonus
