Position Summary
The Marketing Executive supports the Senior/Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and deliver consumer campaigns for the brand. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to build a career in marketing. The Marketing Executive will assist in implementing key marketing activities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of product launches and omnichannel campaigns
- Execute sampling and promotional activity; manage inventory and coordinate with trade marketing
- Support localization of global content for local market use with consistent brand messaging
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to inform marketing initiatives
- Liaise with sales and retail teams to activate in-store initiatives
- Track campaign metrics and provide reporting support to the wider marketing team
- Collaborate with digital, CRM, and media teams on integrated campaigns
- Support the Senior/Marketing Manager with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and project timelines
What This Role Does
Marketing Execution
- Assist in implementing local brand marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines
- Support the execution of product launches, promotional activities, and integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Contribute to planning around high-traffic retail moments and support seasonal marketing plans
- Monitor market trends and consumer behaviour to surface insights for the wider team
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and inform planning
Content and Campaign Management
- Support consumer events (in-store and virtual), including logistics, supplier coordination, and post-event feedback
- Assist in delivering brand pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential activations
- Help coordinate event communication plans across email, social, and digital channels
Retail and Digital Marketing
- Liaise with retailers and internal teams to support execution of aligned marketing plans
- Assist in monitoring retail marketing performance and market activity for reporting purposes
- Work with Centers of Excellence and Global partners to localise content for retail execution
- Contribute to bi-annual retailer presentations and assist in integrating global content into local campaigns
What You Will Need To Be Successful In This Role
- Experience in marketing role or related field, preferably in luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
