WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-driven Online Content Executive to join our UK digital team. In this pivotal role, you\’ll support the execution of content and product strategies across digital touchpoints, acting as a key link between internal teams and retail partners. You\’ll take ownership of product setup and digital asset coordination while helping bring campaigns to life through compelling, brand-aligned content. In addition to leading campaign rollouts and website updates, you\’ll also play a vital role in managing retailer relationships – ensuring content accuracy, providing creative support, and stepping in during key team absences. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of creative instinct, digital operations know-how, and stakeholder management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Setup & Retailer Coordination

  • Own and manage the full product setup process across internal systems and retailer platforms, ensuring all product information, specifications, and go-live timings are accurate and aligned with campaign plans.
  • Manage and update PIM sheets in collaboration with the corporate team to ensure accuracy across retailer feeds and product uploads.
  • Act as a primary support to the Retailer Manager, stepping in during absences to ensure continuity of communication and delivery for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail partners, acting as a point of contact for product content, digital assets, and campaign copy.
  • Create and distribute tailored product and content packages to retailers to drive excitement around new launches and seasonal activity.
  • Respond to retailer requests for bespoke copy, product images, and banners to support their execution of brand campaigns across their own platforms.
  • Manage sample requests for shoots, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site walks of key retailer websites to assess content presentation and identify optimisation opportunities that enhance brand visibility and conversion.

Digital Asset Management

  • Manage the creation and delivery of digital assets for both the brand site and retail partners, including:
  • Product images: Liaise with internal teams to create, resize, and deliver high-quality assets.
  • Site banners: Write or adapt banner copy and brief in creative to align with campaign messaging and retailer specifications.
  • Ensure master content and product files are regularly updated and distributed for accurate and consistent content delivery across channels.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end content briefing process for both the brand site and retailer channels, ensuring that all campaign content is strategically planned, clearly communicated, and executed on time.
  • Translate overarching brand and marketing strategies into clear, actionable digital content plans, driving execution across homepage features, campaign landing pages, and promotional storytelling.
  • Lead the development of campaign-specific landing pages, coordinating with Trade, CRM, Creative, and UX to ensure a cohesive and engaging digital experience.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure product, messaging, and campaign assets are aligned across the customer journey.
  • Ensure content is optimised for both user experience (UX) and search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, drawing insights from web analytics and retailer feedback to improve future executions and inform optimisation strategies.

Website & CMS Support

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the brand CMS, with the ability to step in and support content uploads and updates when required – particularly during peak periods or team absence.
  • Assist in executing high-priority site changes, ensuring homepage and other key areas reflect trade and marketing priorities, performance insights, and seasonal trends.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Proven experience in a digital content, e-commerce role, with responsibility for campaign execution, content strategy, and product setup.
  • Strong understanding of product data handling, including experience with PIM systems, bulk uploads, and spreadsheet-based content management.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands, channels and audiences.
  • Experience briefing creative teams or agencies to deliver digital content assets for both brand and retail environments.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with experience working cross-functionally and externally with retail partners.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight timelines.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal, Shopify etc.), with the ability to step in as needed to support content delivery.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, UX principles, and digital merchandising within a commercial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for structured data management and reporting.
