The ELC Category and Consumer Analyst role will provide an opportunity to execute and evolve the strategy for data and analytics in an established market‑leading company. As ELC advances its data capability within the region, there is a need to find a person who truly turns data and analytics into tangible insights and actions.

Working hand in hand with the Senior Manager and Data, Insights & Analytics Director this role will focus on producing analysis that will drive efficiency in understanding the past performance of the business. Identifying these trends and being able to translate them into actionable recommendations will be integral in driving the regional strategy and helping to gain market share in an ever‑competitive market.

Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Experienced in data visualisation – Power Bi
  • Experienced in performing analytics, segmentation, data mining and campaign management using SQL
  • Previous experience operating large‑scale CRM systems or programs, plus knowledge of Technology stacks, SCV opportunities and partners
  • Experience of working with Google stacks including BigQuery a plus
  • Very good understanding statistical modelling – clustering & regression
