Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estée Lauder Travel Retail West to appoint a Sales & Operations Executive for Estee Lauder. The role will report to the Regional Brand Director, and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).
Travel Retail, one of The Estée Lauder Companies\’ highest growth channels, covers the world of duty-free environments including airports, airlines, cruises, downtown locations and border shops.
This role is to act as a strategic partner to the Regional Brand Director and provide critical operational support across Travel Retail West (EMEAI, UK & I & Americas). The aim to the position is to enhance cross functional execution and commercial reporting for the region, the successful candidate will achieve this by focussing on enabling strategic follow-through and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Commercial Reporting: Build and maintain reporting dashboards across AM/UK/EU/MEIA teams, consolidate sales performance data across sub-regions and support business review materials for senior stakeholders.
- Product & Campaign Coordination: Support execution of key commercial and marketing initiatives, (e.g. new launches, retailer activations, education programs) across time zones and functions.
- Business Development Support: Assist in preparing regional commercial strategics, retailer pitch decks and competitor overviews for new markets or retailer negotiations (e.g. Fragrance Acceleration roapmap, maintain LRP door lists, coordinating project timelines).
- Cross Regional Liaison: Help coordinate between global brand teams (e.g. format rollouts, rules engagement), local markets, and internal functions (e.g. marketing, sales, operations) to ensure follow-through and alignment on key actions. Develop and maintain alignment on local market sales & distribution to support commercial decision making.
Qualifications
Characteristics of a successful candidate:
- Experience in commercial planning, marketing operations, or business support roles
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in managing global, or regional complexity
- Background in beauty/luxury/FMCG preferred
- High potential, collaborative, and discreet
- Advanced Excel + BI reporting (e.g. Power BI/Tableau)
- Sales & performance analysis
- Project management & coordination
- Business development support (strategy & decks), with strong presentation & storytelling skills (PowerPoint)
