We're seeking an Online Coordinator to support the digital growth of Clinique and Dr.Jart+ across direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites and online retail partners. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you will drive online sales, execute campaigns, and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience by collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Digital) and external retailers.

Trading & Commercial Execution

  • Calendar Support: Execute the online trading and promotional calendars across Clinique.co.uk, Dr.Jart+.co.uk, and retail partners accurately and on time.
  • Promo Setup: Coordinate end-to-end promotional setup, including offer creation, stakeholder briefing, and cross-team alignment.
  • Site Audits: Own and propose a timetable for regular site walks (desktop, mobile, web, and app) to test user journeys across brand and retail sites.
  • Insights & Analysis: Monitor competitor and retail landscape trends; support post-campaign analysis to capture key learnings for future strategy.

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Product Availability: Monitor stock across sites, flag out-of-stock risks, and collaborate with Supply Chain for timely replenishment.
  • Launch Readiness: Support stock allocations, new product setup, and promotional merchandising.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to promotional setup and site execution.
  • Sample & Strategy Management: Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to manage sample stock databases and drive the DTC redress processes to support our flagship strategy.

Campaigns & Marketing Launches

  • Retailer Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for retailer online queries and content requests, collaborating internally to deliver assets efficiently.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in launching campaigns and new products across DTC and retailer sites, ensuring premium brand presentation.
  • Asset Coordination: Work with Content & Marketing teams to gather launch assets and plan bespoke content outside global packs.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly lead QA audits on retailer sites to ensure absolute accuracy in product data, images, marketing, and merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Commercial awareness, numerate and analytical with experience and exposure in a retail trading environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally and confident in leading both internal and external meetings.
  • Highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business in line with sales targets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and ability to prioritise in the interest of the business.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
