Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West to appoint a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, over a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract, based in our London head office.

This role reports to the VM Manager and is based in our office 4 days per week with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Visual Merchandising projects across Travel Retail EMEA, ensuring execution is on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Manage new store openings, renovations, campaign launches, pop-ups, and promotional activations in partnership with Store Design, Brand Teams, and retailers.

Oversee project budgets, supplier management, production, logistics, installation, and asset delivery.

Plan and deliver campaign collateral, lightboxes, planograms, and VM updates across the region.

Maintain VM calendars, databases, and asset compliance, ensuring accurate records and effective inventory management.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, installers, and external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements to processes and in-store execution.

Present project updates to stakeholders and support VM training, workshops, and Go-to-Market meetings.

Coach and support junior team members while promoting collaboration and high execution standards.

Qualifications About You Experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium retail (Travel Retail experience preferred).

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for premium retail execution.

Willingness to travel across the EMEA region when required.
