As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalized service, and a passion for fragrance. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.
As one of our highly skilled sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, standing out against our competitors.

Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise are welcomed.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experience.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
