DescriptionThe Global Indirect Procurement Senior Manager will manage the scope of the Spend Area priorities for a geographic region. This role will identify and partner with key stakeholder groups: Regional and local RDDC, Affiliates, and as well as finance, legal, supply etcRole Responsibilities: Build the execution plan for temporary Fixtures & Print & Premiums in line with the Stores Value Chain strategy. It is critical this is a collaborative effort in close collaboration, reducing duplicates, waste and streamling future vendor engagements.Develop the pipeline of sourcing initiatives and opportunities for subcategories within region, according to the overall Spend Area strategy and prioritiesKey Cost & Cash Targets: tracking and proactively managing throughout the year to ensure the achievement of the target , including payment terms.Manage supplier relationships (SRM), for strategic relationships in collaboration with key stakeholders; this includes conducting bi-annual business reviews and evaluating opportunities & business satisfaction, in order to develop further the Spend Area.Drive the agenda on Sustainability, Innovation, and Supplier Inclusion & Diversity principals and guidelines, in respect to the responsible sub-categoriesSubject matter expert (SME): Develop expertise in the categories in scope, leveraging external sources, understanding the market, ELC competition and industry best practice.Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of procurement standards (SRM etc), processes, tools (and policies.Strategy Implementation & Execution and New Sourcing Activities.Execution of pipeline or identification of new projects sourcing projects as aligned with stakeholders ensuring business sponsorshipRegionally lead sourcing, and management of RFX activity.Maintain and improve the preferred vendor list with a key focus to manage/reduce the tail of the supplier baseRobust contract development and deployment ensuring visibility of final agreement for stakeholder adoption and roll out.Participation / leading of Global RFX within overall Spend Area on an ad-hoc basisLong DescriptionSpend Area specific:Responsible for data accuracy and benchmarkingContinuous evolution of the Print catalogDemand management opportunities and executionStakeholder ManagementActively participate and contribute to the continued development of our stakeholder partnershipStrong communication and collaboration to drive projects with clarity and engagementInterpret stakeholder and business needs with an enterprise mindset in driving projects forwardProject & change management with excellence.SRMSRM in respect to target suppliers, degree of SRM applied and cadence.Continuous review of service delivery to have a positive impact on the quality and the improvement of the performances as well as to seek further value creations and cost optimizationsKey focus on business continuity, due diligence and market intelligence and trends. Ensuring supplier evolution and alternatives are assessed in collaboration with the business.continuous monitoring and improvement of the existing Rate Cards (price grids) / panel of preferred vendor listEnsure the implementation of contractual agreements (MSA /SOW) amendments and adoption by stakeholder groupsCross functional/ individualIntroduce and\or contribute to cross-functional projects.Introduce and\or participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and procurement performances.Ensure the management of internal dashboards (KPI, savings etc) as required and identify the ‘upside’ opportunity and potential risk and blocking pointsWhere required, manage ad-hoc projects in cases of overcapacity/ risk elsewhere in GSM IPActively participate in training and continual professional development. Ensuring all mandatory trainings is completed.QualificationsProcurement experience, ideally in Indirect Procurement particularly experience in Print, Premiums, GWP, Temporary Visual Merchandising,Procurement skills are a prerequisite for this role, strong experience and expertise in Spend Area ExecutionExcellent collaboration, team ethic and ability to coordinate in a matrix team environment within Spend Area and Affiliates in region.Strategic thinking. This role contributes and supports the in the development and execution of the Spend Area strategy for the scope.Strong stakeholder relationship management capability, including proficient communication and presentation skills. This role will be responsible to build and execute regional RFPs for Visual Merchandising and Regional Print & Premiums SRM for preferred vendor panel.Strong project management skills: flexibility and capacity to adapt to changing project circumstances. Rigor and organization to manage simultaneous projects in an efficient manner. Ability to use sourcing tools such as Archlet.Excellent analytical skills to evaluate RFI, RFP; detailed comparison / should cost modelling / TCO.
