Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estée Lauder Travel Retail to appoint a Demand Planning Manager for one of our Fragrance brands. The role is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).
Travel Retail, one of The Estée Lauder Companies\’ highest growth channels, covers the world of duty-free environments including airports, airlines, cruises, downtown locations and border shops.
This position is instrumental in the determination of a realistic representation of Travel Retail (TR) WW retail and shipments at the brand perspective. This position will manage all inputs (brand marketing strategies, programs, promotional calendar, etc.) to the creation of the product forecasts (launches, events, promotions and in-line), its reconciliation to the Brand Financial Forecast and its balancing with operational constraints. Interaction will frequently be at the senior levels in the brand organization as well as with operational planners in Malasia.
- Responsible for forecasting brand(s). Develops and proposes solutions that anticipate and respond to customer needs.
- Make forecasts adjustments on basic products based on trend and Brand strategy by utilizing statistical forecasts, sell-thru trend, markets intelligences, and incorporating halo and cannibalization assumptions.
- Develops new product forecasts in tandem with Marketing, with reference to sales plans and analysis of performance of like products in the Brand environment. Reviews forecasts with management.
- Builds consensus with stakeholders by presenting a clear business case that integrates brand and product knowledge during Demand Review and Pre-SIOP brand meetings.
- Data Management: Review and take appropriate timely actions on Diagnostics reports such as Spider Reports, Missing Net price, Stats Diagnostic, etc. Assist on miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Position requires good level of combined experience with at least three years of experience in demand planning/forecasting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to details is a must.
- Demonstrated record of successfully working with all levels of management.
- O9 experience is mandatory.
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.
- Bachelor\’s degree
