Задачи
- Conduct weekly and monthly retail reporting on KPIs, including sales performance by retailer, category, franchise, and product launch, and provide actionable insights
- Maintain sales targets and projections with the Finance and Commercial teams to support accurate forecasting
- Track competitor activity and analyze market trends
- Analyze promotions, event performance, and marketing ROI, and recommend ways to improve revenue and profitability
- Assist in creating Power BI dashboards and maintain sales data integrity
- Analyze customer data in Unify in Boots and provide commercial insights, KPI evaluations, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain the Retail Planning tool for budget construction across the cluster
- Support the development of monthly and annual retail sales targets and projections across the cluster
- Coordinate with National Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and Field Teams on GWP allocation and sales-driven investments by door
- Assess risks and opportunities across sales channels and retailer groups
- Support the Field and Education teams with data, reporting tools, and skills development
- Provide bespoke training to Field and Marketing teams on reporting systems
- Provide proactive insights for supply chain and inventory planning to support product launches and promotions
- Support budget maintenance, sales tracking, and commission analysis
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership teams, including financial summaries, competitor analysis, and market opportunities
- Prepare data for business reviews, board meetings, and strategy sessions with senior leadership teams
Требования
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly and actionably
- Ability to work across teams and stakeholder levels and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in retail, commercial analysis, or a similar field
- Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong experience in retail and commercial analytics
- Comfortable working with large datasets and generating detailed reports
