Tom Ford HOF Beauty Advisor/Artist Beauty Advisor — The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will also contribute to in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career opportunity in prestige beauty.
Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to shoppers
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and appropriate shade selections
- Support in-store events and campaigns to drive engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Represent the brand with professionalism and customer-focused service
Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry/retail make-up experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical skill are welcome
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview
