Program Details
The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is an intensive, 18-month rotational program designed for impending graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) who wish to work in London after graduation. It combines customized rotations with development, coaching, mentoring, networking, and strategic initiatives to accelerate professional growth. The program aims to attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Tracks
- Marketing Track: Exposure to consumer, product, and digital marketing. PAs interact with senior executives from powerhouse brands and functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.
- Online Track: Focus on e/m-commerce and digital innovation, including online programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com.
How the PA Program Helps Participants Succeed
- Support from Leaders: Program and rotation managers provide guidance and mentorship; immediate exposure to senior leadership; feedback opportunities.
- Developmental Programs: Intensive onboarding; key capability-building programs; “Lunch and Learns” with senior executives.
- Post-Program Placement: Upon successful completion, participants may be considered for roles at the Assistant Manager level based on business needs, evaluations, development, contribution, and experience.
Qualifications
- University graduate with an impending Bachelor’s degree, graduating December 2025 through August 2026
- Relevant internship or work experience
- Demonstrated record of achievement and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Global exposure or study abroad is a plus
- Ability to relocate to London
- UK work authorization is required. Candidates must not need sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
