Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build client relationships to ensure valued, respected, connected, and confident clients.
• Meet and exceed customer service, operational, and sales targets.
• Represent Clinique with professionalism and brand standards in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory retail industry/customer services experience
• A desire to understand your client’s skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• An approachable and friendly personality
