A Multi Brand Assistant Business Manager will support the business manager and multi-Brand teams across multiple categories within Estée Lauder’s diverse portfolio of brands.

We are looking for a passionate Team Leader who lives and breathes beauty!

Qualifications

• Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment

• Understanding of the principles of make-up artistry, beauty therapy, and hairdressing to deliver a personal shopping experience that meets the consumer\’s beauty needs

• Ability to build relationships and work in partnership with Sephora Beauty Crew colleagues, sharing best practices, product knowledge, and collaborating to achieve common goals

• Active participation in store theme days, events, and new product launches, keeping aligned with the marketing calendar

• Proof of right to live and work in the country

• Flexible availability across days/hours.
