Join The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Beauty Advisor in our Stratford Sephora store. In this role you will use your creativity and technical makeup skills to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and application, using product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store appearance.
- Participate in in‑store events and promotions to drive sales.
- Operate retail point‑of‑sale software and manage inventory as required.

Qualifications
