We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Education Executive supporting our Tom Ford Beauty & Le Labo brand cluster. This role will be based within the UK and requires frequent travel across our UK Travel Retail market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through the implementation of the brand and corporate strategy.
  • Lead, recruit, coach, develop and manage a team of Estée Lauder Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors.
  • Engage, motivate, and train generic staff as part of the role.
  • Work closely with the Regional Education Manager to identify and support the education needs of your team.
  • Ensure the brand looks its best by adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders including retail partners and Head Office departments.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial Travel Retail environment.
  • Bring a positive, energetic approach with openness to testing and learning new projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent people management, organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • The role reports to the Area Sales & Operations Manager and covers UK and Ireland airports.
  • This is a field-based role with approximately 80% of time spent in the field.
  • The preferred home location is near a major airport in the south of the UK.
  • This is a particularly autonomous role requiring the selected candidate to work on their own initiative.
