The Cosmetics Company Stores are the outlet retailing operation of The Estée Lauder Companies. We offer core Estée Lauder Companies brands where customers experience a world of premium skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare.
Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Support store operations, including stock deliveries, floor moves and maintenance of daily standards.
- Engage with customers to promote brand products and experiences.
Qualifications
- A passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Previous retail industry or customer service experience is beneficial.
