Overview

Product Manager, Tom Ford Beauty and Jo Malone London – Travel Retail West (based London). The role reports to the brands’ Regional Marketing Managers and is based in London with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Product Management and Marketing activations for Tom Ford and Jo Malone London across the Americas in Travel Retail.
  • Be a key stakeholder for the execution of the hero and key shopping moments strategy.
  • Manage 360 launch activations, forecast newness and existing products, and analyse performance of hero products and key launches.
  • Own the assortment and non-saleable inventory.
  • Partner with VM, Sales and Corporate teams to ensure flawless execution across the region.
  • Collaborate with TR West Product Managers and Marketing Executives.
  • Develop Trade Marketing Calendars and present plans to retailers.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills and proactive approach with ability to evaluate and improve processes.
  • Proven strong business analytical skills with advanced computer literacy in Word/Excel/PowerPoint; excellent communication, organisation and administration skills; creative, flexible and positive approach in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
  • Fluent Spanish is beneficial; people management experience is a plus.
  • Travel Retail environment requires a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed attitude.
  • Global grade 10.
