Responsibilities

  • Reflect a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
  • Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
  • Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store, brand, and company procedures and guidelines.

  • Handle all refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, consulting the area manager when appropriate.
  • Use digital tools to keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
  • Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base.
  • Develop up‑to‑date product knowledge to deliver an industry‑leading experience meeting consumer needs.
  • Plan to ensure the delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
  • Conduct daily review of retail standards, ensuring they meet required levels.
  • Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration are completed within agreed company timeframes.
  • Action auditable processes and administration per company guidelines, correcting highlighted risk areas.
  • Fulfil all information requests accurately within deadlines.
  • Minimise stock loss by correctly implementing company security policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers, adhering to company and retailer policies.
  • Ensure all health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve at least an ‘Acceptable’ grading during audits.

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Maximise sales performance by utilising all commercial reports before making decisions.
  • Plan and deliver visual merchandising layout, ensuring it meets guidelines and timeframes.
  • Identify stock package issues and take corrective action, informing the area manager when out of direct control.
  • Manage all promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
  • Identify trends and suggest enhancements to product performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast‑paced retail and/or consumer‑facing environment.
  • A clear ability to drive self‑development.
  • Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
