Responsibilities:
- As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering 5 Star customer service.
- This involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance.
- You will be responsible for delivering retail operational excellence to provide an efficient and effective work environment.
- By spending the majority of your time on the floor, coaching and leading by example to ensure The M.A.C Experience is delivered to each customer.
