We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
Responsibilities
- Use coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team needs to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
- Lead the team in delivering high quality customer service and meeting sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable).
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable).
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Will be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
Pay Range & Benefits
Anticipated base salary range £16,212.93 to £16,212.93 per 40‑hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, the company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), wellness and family support programmes, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education‑related programmes, paid holidays and vacation time. Employees may also participate in incentive compensation programs and commission/bonus plans, details of which will be provided upon onboarding.
