Key Holder - Estee Lauder Companies - Gunwharf - 7.5 hours (1 days). The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a leading global manufacturer, marketer and seller of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products. Location: Portsmouth, England, United Kingdom.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store. You will use your coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
You will also handle essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

- Lead by example with outstanding coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.

- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing.
- Desirable: previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
