Overview
Jo Malone London – Christmas Stylist Temporary Roles. Locations: Multiple nationwide. Contract: Temporary | Part-time & full-time shifts available. Availability: Flexible across the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas.

We are searching for passionate, festive and customer-focused individuals to join our enchanting retail teams during the most exciting time of year for Jo Malone London. Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. We want you to help share that story with our customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations and building rapport.
- Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent, sharing your knowledge of our products.
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period.
- Collaborate with your team to make every customer experience memorable.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate and enthusiastic about Jo Malone London and creating memorable experiences.
- Great communicator who can positively engage with our customers.
- Flexible to work across the peak six weeks in the lead up to Christmas.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
Qualifications
- While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
