Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations and build rapport.
- Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent and share product knowledge.
- Support festive in‑store events, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during Peak Trading period.
- Collaborate with your team to make every customer experience memorable.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Maximise sales performance and productivity.

Qualifications
- While a qualification in makeup artistry/previous retail makeup experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
