Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve service goals
• Maintain the store environment and housekeeping duties; assist with opening and closing
• Understand and meet individual sales and service goals
• Support the execution of in-store events
• Maintain awareness of stock, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and the work environment
• Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach
• Adhere to brand grooming guidelines
