Responsibilities

As Boutique Manager, you will elevate in-store events, oversee smooth store operations, and ensure your team aligns with the boutique’s vision.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates in achieving all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

You will create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with the hiring manager.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quality customer service skills; skilled at winning people over.
  • Results-oriented with a high drive to meet objectives and standards.
  • Capacity to pursue goals beyond expectations.
