Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop sales associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging store environment
  • Plan and execute in-store events and activities to recruit and retain customers
  • Manage stock, inventory, cash reconciliation and store facilities
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and use reporting systems
  • Be available to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Experience in business planning, setting sales targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations including inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office
  • Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview
