Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor – Flannels Liverpool (3 days FTC)

As one of our highly skilled makeup artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure the store consistently achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, helping us stand out against our competitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service experience.
• Support in‑store events and product launches to create a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising to high standards and support the store’s brand presentation.
• Assist others in the team, contributing to a collaborative and success‑focused environment.
• Use retail point‑of‑sale software to complete transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Preferred: qualification in make‑up artistry and/or previous retail make‑up experience; but amateur level experience with a strong creative/technical skill set is also welcomed.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
