Role Overview
As the Commercial Director, you will support the VP GM Commercial and UK Executive Leadership Team to grow the business through developing strategic growth plans, building strong relationships with retail partners, and exploring new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of regional channel strategies.
- Develop strategic growth plans by retailer, aligning with retail partners and brands across all channels.
- Implement strategic plans, set milestones, and define success criteria.
- Work with brand and functional teams to oversee sales performance of specific retailers.
- Support brands in achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain regular retailer meetings, address issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate trading terms, manage store refits, site allocations, and space management.
- Participate in internal planning and commercial meetings, ensuring effective communication.
- Lead and develop a Commercial Manager to maximize sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strategic and operational thinking with a hands-on approach.
