Senior position combining User Experience and User Interface design across all digital products. This role requires a broad knowledge of the full digital product creation process: research, framing the problem, design, prototyping, validation, build and testing. Although design is core, a good understanding of UX research and testing is necessary. You should be familiar with the luxury market with an eye for premium design. Experience on large-scale digital projects and marketing campaigns across digital channels is preferred. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will own projects working with a variety of stakeholders across digital product, engineering and brand teams.
Responsibilities
- Champion the launch of new digital products and experiences
- Help craft and evolve the UX and UI across current and new digital products
- Conduct research and user journey mapping for relevant products
- Collaborate with digital product managers, developers, brand designers, agencies and team members to design and build experiences
- Translate product requirements into tangible interaction designs, by creating user flows and wireframes
- Communicate design decisions and rationale through demos and prototypes
- Manage and promote the use of the digital design system
- Create accurate, iterative and unambiguous design deliverables
- Uphold and maintain the global brand sites
- Work with stakeholders across digital product, engineering and brand teams
