The Stylist at Jo Malone London brings the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key. In this role, you will entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts. Creativity is our day to day, from signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations where you help bottle some of their most precious memories. Our services and events are the talk of the town.
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the store environment
- Operations
- Assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique
- Housekeeping duties
The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Awareness of stock and inventory
- Maintain high VM standards and work environment
- Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be warm, kind and friendly, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have a passion for service and storytelling whilst being adaptable and versatile. They will be gracious, intelligent, smart and have a groomed, clean and crisp image. The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service is essential.
Applicants must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment. Proof of right to live and work in the country is required if invited to attend for interview.

Qualifications:
While a qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise. All applicants must show the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is also beneficial.
